Our quotes include pre-production planning, filming, editing, basic colour correction, and final file delivery. Additional services like animation, extensive location scouting, or multiple revisions may incur extra costs, which we'll discuss upfront.

We're based in Sydney but work with clients across Australia and internationally. We can travel to your location for filming or arrange shoots at our studio or other venues.

We recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance for most projects. However, we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on our schedule and project requirements.

We always have backup plans for outdoor shoots, including alternative indoor locations or rescheduling options. Weather contingencies are discussed during pre-production planning.

We provide all necessary professional equipment, most of which is already in-house at our studio, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and editing software. If your project requires specialised equipment, we'll arrange rentals and include costs in your quote.

We deliver in whatever formats you need, typically MP4 for web use, broadcast-quality files for TV, and social media optimised versions. We'll discuss your specific requirements during planning.

We include two rounds of revisions in our standard pricing. Additional revisions can be accommodated for an extra fee. We find most clients are happy after the first review when we've properly understood their brief.

Yes, you own full rights to the final produced content. We retain the right to use excerpts for our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed.

While not required, we encourage key stakeholders to be present during filming for immediate feedback and decision-making. For corporate videos, having someone familiar with your brand messaging on-site is very helpful. Having said that on many occasions, we work independently without internal communication support.

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with in-house marketing teams, external agencies, and other vendors. We see ourselves as an extension of your team.
