Strategic Pre-Production
Understanding the critical importance of golden hour lighting for the solar farm location, our two person team flew in the night before to ensure we could capture optimal b-roll and drone footage at sunrise. This advance positioning was essential given the limited window with the CEO and the need to maximise the visual impact of the solar installation.

Efficient On-Location Execution
With Nick Hawkins and the IAG team onsite for just 90 minutes including their facility tour, we conducted a focused interview while simultaneously capturing comprehensive b-roll content and photography. Our streamlined approach ensured we maximised every minute of the CEO's availability while maintaining production quality.

Rapid Turnaround Delivery
We supplied photographs of the team onsite for same-day press release distribution to news agencies, demonstrating our ability to deliver time-critical assets under tight deadlines. Additional pieces to camera with other team members were filmed back at IAG's Sydney head office the following day to complete the comprehensive narrative.

Trusted Independence
Due to our established working relationship with both IAG and CEO Nick Hawkins, we were entrusted to execute this production with complete independence, no onsite communications support was required despite the high-profile nature of the announcement.

Delivered with Purpose
The final video effectively communicates IAG's commitment to renewable energy and climate action, showcasing their partnership with Grong Grong while reinforcing their corporate purpose of making your world a safer place.

This project demonstrates our ability to deliver executive-level content under challenging time constraints while maintaining the highest production standards through strategic planning and established client relationships.
